Trial-grade exhibit builder. Pull case files into a court-ready package, auto-sorted into evidence sections (medical, liability, damages, bills, and more), with continuous Bates numbering, a hyperlinked table of contents, real PDF bookmarks, and per-court numbering schemes (P / D / JX). Serve a package to freeze its exhibit and Bates numbers, then add later records as a Bates-continuing supplement.

Exhibit QA before you send. Every build runs a three-way specials tie-out (Exhibit A vs the attached bills vs case financials, to the penny), a treating-provider coverage checklist, and a loud failure report so a package never goes out with a missing or corrupt document. There is a filable court exhibit-list PDF too.

When a case reaches Records Collection or MMI, Lexboard flags every facility still owing records or bills, opens a follow-up task per facility, and chases the ones that stay open, with reminders at 3, 6, and 9 business days. Pick the trigger stages and the default assignee in Workflow settings.

Share access history. Every share now carries an e-signature-style trail, see exactly when each recipient opened or downloaded a document, and from which device, right inside the case Sharing panel.

Smart email filing. Inbound facility emails file themselves into the right folder, their attachments land on the case automatically, and facility correspondence feeds the medical chronology. Wrong guess? The folder tag on any activity is one click to re-file.

Sharing, hardened. Share PIN entry now locks after five wrong attempts, links warn their owner 48 hours before they expire, and every external open and download is recorded for the ABA 1.6 disclosure log.

Texting that respects STOP. An inbound STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE now suppresses that number across every text Lexboard sends, reminders, PINs, birthday notes, and START turns it back on. Opted-out recipients are flagged right in the conversation.
